Hello, on my father's user the country flag has a ? instead of the Portuguese flag (we're from Portugal), why is that? CC

I saw that b4! I think it's because the computer is too slow or the computer doesn't reconise that flag. I am pretty sure this is wrong but just piching ideas here.

Or maybe it doesn't recognize the country code from the IP address, or you blocked websites from knowing what IP address you have.

What does IP mean? Just like the address at the top?

Or, if you don't want to read that, it basically is a number assigned to your machine (or router, I think) which tells people where you are. It might change slightly each time.

So, that is how websites like goingtorain.com know where you are.

With the logic that each person (online) has one computer (or one machine that connects to the internet) sites like yerhotel have a thing which says one (anonymous) person can visit only once a day, but when people share a computer it isn't like that.
