As I am a new user I have only had visits from 6 different countries. Is it possible to obtain a users "flag" and thus target my visits to users in countries which flags I am missing?

Also I have noticed that a user have seemed to leave to different flags in two different hotels. Is the flag issue decided upon through ip-geolocation?

Easiest way to collect flags is by click exchange. And best of click exchanges is http://swle.ysrold.eu

and yes its all about ip's locations

Isn't there any program to change the country which my IP is? Like connection to some proxy or something like that?

I already saw 1 guy who had at least 2 totally different flags in the same day :O

Yeah, some people can have 2 different flags in the same day but ya know. You can tell he was using a re-routed proxy if he was in the U.S. one day and then 5 minutes later he was in China.
