Why do higher standard cost more to make new floors?

I recently upgraded to a 3*, so the cost to make a floor was $333
but when i was with a two star, it was only like $168
So if i upgrade to a 4 or 5 star, would the cost of making new floors go up too?
If so then i should make more floors now.

i think you should make floors now and when u get to 4 or 5 u wont have to pay as much

because the better your hotels the more your rooms its jsut the way it is
