I have two accounts, but when i visit hotels on 1, it makes me wait another 6 hours until I can visit another. What's wrong?

They go on IP address, not accounts.

Meaning they only count different computers

If you use the same computer, you have to clear all cookies before you log into another account.

(Of course, you have to log in with another IP, when you log into another account.)
