When you visit, do you visit the room which would give the person the highest income, or the highest room (top floor)?

Just wondering...

I'm pretty sure guests check into the hightest standard rooms you have first, then move down to the lower standard rooms, but I could be wrong...I think the idea is that if guests check into suites, you'll get more money, so that's why hotels are set to do that.
