Yea, its true. But, sometimes - you will face big problems too. If your balance are less, it will be effected for your all hotels. So, its better to make your second hotel - when you have enough credits/money/cash.
Don't know if no one had this problem. But, i have faced it. My balance were less 23/minus 23. And now its less 900 +/minus 900
