How do you change the picture on the side?

click on my account on the top, and then if you gave your real emai ladress, sign up for gravatar

Oh, go up to My Account then go to Gravatar put in your email for Yer Hotel then put in a picture and wa la, THAT IS YOUR AVATAR!
