As mentioned above I need your help... Is there any chance u could check my hotel/profile if everything is ok with it? I noticed that anonymous travelers cannot visit my hotel if I don't provide lower standard rooms :( Every time anonymous guest were trying to visit my hotel (with high standard rooms)they got message that there is no free room for them to stay and there was plenty suites available at that time...Today I added some lower standard rooms and anonymous guests are coming...

I'm asking you for help because I noticed other hotels don't have that problem...

No, Im not Mueslix, but;
Only guests with an account can stay in the suites. The 3rd level rooms are for dry guests and anonymous guests, but anonymous guests can't even get on a high stadard room, only the lowest 2 level rooms.

A lot of different hotels have anonymous guests located in their suites...

Those links must be in that html form... You can't change it. Exactly as it is on the get visitors thing. EXACTLY.

I know that, I used this one in two places:

Yeah.. even i have the same problem and i wonder how come some people have only suites and entire hotel is filled up with anonymous guests :(
