I have 4 and a half floors of level 2 rooms, but every time I try to build a higher grade room I get told my grade is too low. How do I improve my hotel?

top left when visiting your hotel and after activating flash you'll see the option for upgrading, you 'll need (virtual) money to get it tho.. once you have the money you can upgrade! don't add too much floors cause upgrading 'll cost you more when you're growing bigger!! Best way is to have patience and grow slowly.. I went bankrupt only a month ago and started from scratch with a flea-ridden hotel, I'm doing not that bad atm!
