How do you change stars? and how do you get a high standard room?

Use the Change Standard option on the hotel. Appears along top edge next to Add Floor button, Etc.

Must Have equal standard for best room type you want to use. 3 star can use High standard rooms
4 Star can use Suite. 5 Star can use Royal Suite.
