Usually good. Well it's meant for good. It earns you money. The only thing bad is that it might make your wet guests leave because there is no rooms left. : \

you usually get dry guests in your level 1 or 2 rooms, just helping you get ahead until you can afford the level 4 and 5 rooms of course which you will then have trouble getting those dry guests in those rooms

Dry guests still pay for those rooms, the same amount normal guests do. Like anonymous visitors, almost.

Yeah, I guess.

The only bad thing is that you might not have enough room left for other members to visit...

I do not want "dry" guests. How can I turn them off without destroying my 2 star rooms?

Only way to avoid them is have only the suites.
The first 3 types of rooms will attract the dry guests.

Yea, best thing to do is build enough of the highest level rooms Dry visitors can use (level 2's or 3's), equal to the average total number of dry guests you get every day. That alone will provide steady positive income by itself, if done correctly and marketing set just right...

Then build additional, higher level (level 4 and/or 5) rooms, just enough for the total number of 'User' visits you get from other players each day. Rooms at those levels are not able to be used by Dry guests, so will always be available only for Player visits.
