You must manually sell all the rooms, and once the floor is empty, you'll a button to "Remove Floor" (it's next to where it says "Add Floor").

*typo above: I meant, of course, you'll GET a button "Remove Floor".

Although, I guess, some people are having trouble with that function (a bug or something). Also, you don't get any money back for removing a floor.

There is a huge problem with the "remove floor" option: it seems that only removes top floors.

it didn't really occur till MainCore said it.
But if u plan to make more rooms, don't delete the floors!!!! u will need them, and if u do, it will just cost you more when u decide to buy it
