Hi there, I would like to know how do the anonimous visits work. I have a 5 star hotel with 2 and 4 stars rooms and my father always visits me as anonimous(he doesn't have an account) and he can never get the 4 star rooms, it says the hotel doesn't have room when the 2 stars are all full. Can anyone tell me how does this work? CC

Anonymous visitors cannot visit any kind of room higher than 3-star

People who click on "proper links" (see the Get visitors tab) could visit those higher class rooms as an anonymous visitors

But my father visits by putting the address in the browser so he should be able to visit higher rooms, right? And there are 5 star hotels with only 5 star rooms that have anonimous visitors.

he has to click on the special HTML links mentioned, so you have to have a webpage (or just make a local HTML page) and then click on that. Typing the address won't work.

Or go onto a forum which accepts HTML coding and make people click there

I don't catch what's the problem. No script is used for proper links, one just has to include a proper href command, in your case, it means, e.g.,
<a href="http://www.yerhotel.com/Porto/Lunar">Lunar hotel, Porto</a>
