Oh, and another question please - if you know (i believe you know :P).
I saw, anonymouse travellers giving less money than a registered member. I knew this before. But, its too low like they giving only 28 for a high standard room O_O
INTEREST RATE
Assume you have a 2* hotel and 1536€. You can:
a) add 2 floors (168€ each) and build 12 eco rooms (100€ each), totalling 1536€, or
b) add 1 floor (168€) and build 6 eco rooms (225€ each), totalling 1518€ - you still have 18€, it is a very small amount, I won't count it.
Next day you fill all the rooms. You get:
a) in the first case, your guests pay 600€ (50€ each room), and you have to pay 120€ (10€ each room), while
b) in the second case, your guests pay 450€ (75€ each room), and you have to pay 84€ (14€ each room).
So, you earn:
a) 480€ in the first case (31.25%), and
b) only 366€ in the second case (24.11%).
Obviously 480€ > 366€. The only aside of the first solution is that you have to provide 12 visitors instead of only 6 needed in the second solution.
The same happens for higher standard rooms; e.g., for royal suites, the interest rate is only 12.89%. :(
LOGGED VS. ANONYMOUS
I haven't observed such a relation, and I would be surprised if it were true. When you try to build a new room, you can see a table:
''' buy pay cost
Eco 100 +50 -10
Sta 225 +75 -14
(I'm afraid the table won't look very well in my post :(), where
buy: how much you have to pay to build such a room,
pay: how much you earn for _each_ guest,
cost: the cost of everyday upkeep.
So, anonymous and logged visitors pay the same price. Maybe logged visitors leave more in the shops, I don't know. :(

"It is not necessary to sell eco rooms, they give the best interest rate. :)"

Explain please :)
