Some peoplez say that they have 5 starz hotelz. How do you get that many stars, and how do you know? How do u rate other peoplez hotels? Pleeze help.

You pay to improve it.

click on "change standard" on the hotel (next to add floor) and pick which standard. The highest makes it 5 stars
