Well... Some people want to turn off dry guests because they're filling up all their rooms...

Only as an option you mean to turn off and on?
Most people seems to appreciate the extra income if they have the space to accomodate both wet and dry guests. I think, with all that extra money you get you can quickly build a few more rooms to have enough space for both types.

An option would be nice. Well, for some people. I would keep it on. :)

Build 4- or 5-star rooms - dry guests won't visit them. I don't like idea very much - there are better things to spend our coding time on.

Why would someone wants to trun off dry guests?
They pay you equally same amount that wet guest pays and on the top of it they dont ask you for a return visit.
Getting Dry guests is like bonus.

Yeah, I like the dry guests because they bring in more income. So then it's easier for you to buy more rooms or add floors. But It would be nice to have an option, so that when you are getting more guests you could turn the dry guest option "Off" so there would be more space for wet guests.
That's just my opinion :D
