Let people sponsor your hotel so if that person is popular or if your have a big amount of sponsors people will visit you and it will help you get more money to help get new hotel and get sponsors for that hotel.

I like the idea of sponsorships and such, but Im not sure what you are trying to say or rather, how that would work.
Please elaborate. Also how about there being like a Loan shark where you could ask to borrow some cash. And if like you don't repay it promptly when it's due, they send some hitmen over to yer place and blow up the joint, so you'd have to rebuild or something.
