Hi All,

I'm thinking of reducing the current 6 hour waiting time between yerhotel clicks on yarolds.
It's ridiculous, other members are complaining, and I forget why it was even set to 6 hours in the first place.
I know a lot of you use yarolds to get clicks for your hotel. What do you think a fair timer amount would be?

I forget how many visits a non registered person can make a day. I presume this is 4?
Maybe this could be raised too as it would certainly help on the yarolds site to keep our members interested and to keep new people signing up for yerhotel through that site.

hmmm no that was just me being dumb.
(and not realising that I'd left a few links to load overnight at work).

But, I'm thinking maybe a 30 min delay would be ok. I'm sure people on yarolds will still whine, but it will be a vast improvement.

I don't think that will seriously change the number of valid clicks we get. Mostly it is the same people clicking every day anyway, or other people from here.

What's this yarold thing anyways? I've seen it mentioned over and over around here(same with a hydra)
I don't know, but 1 hr sounds good as does 1/2 hr but even more so.
How 'bout 3/4 hr?

glad i saw this thread, i think 1 hour is plenty, as we dont have a lot of hotels on yarolds at the moment and should encourage some to come over, once a member here you can get 12 visits or so per day, which is every 2 hours approx.

i know that i lose some credits when getting people to click the link i have shown but it would help me being able to click others if i have remaining visits left

OK timer has been reset to 2 hours.
Let's see how that goes.

But for those who haven't joined, it means there'll be wasted credits.

well i get them wasted anyways, but with the timer reduced i get more visits in the day, its way to hard to get my hotels full otherwise

is it still 6 hours for non yer hotel members?

on second thought, don't reduce the timer. Keep it longer. We won't whine. Cuz the timer is awesome!

we all know that there are many people using dynamic IP or proxi to get visits

yes the timer should be reduced say to 5 mins

this would help everyone that use yarolds......1st reducing timer then yarold could reduce the amount of credits it cost us....2nd remove visit hotel button that would give us visit by just clicking the link...and 3rd remove the click numbers from us and allow something like 100(or whatever) external clicks
