I have already mentioned several times in other topics that the best way to get anonymous visits is to use proxies. (It can be used to fill 1* and 2* rooms, though.) Below you can find a step-by-step procedure about using proxies.
I won't explain what proxies are, how they work, etc. If anyone is interested, read:

To use the below method you need:

1. A program for automatated use of proxies
2. A fresh list of proxies
3. Some free time to run the program :)
0. COMPUTER
You have it, don't you. The authors write it should have at list 32 MB RAM, a 10 MB HDD, etc., in short: your computer is very good. :)
1. PROGRAM
I suggest using CMC City Booster. This program has been written by members of CreateMyCity forum.
A. Where to find?
The program is free, and it works on (nearly) all platforms, including PCs, Macs, Linux machines, etc.
Though it is free to use, the authors don't allow to put it on other servers. Therefore you have to register at the forum before you can download the ZIP file from the page

B. How to install?
i) Unpack the ZIP. (In Windows: double-click it, and drag the folder CMC_CB_180 outside.)
ii) Go into the folder CMC_CB_180. Open the configuration file config.ini with a notepad and change its contents:
* line #22:
The default configuration is for MyMiniCity. There is no specific configuration for yer hotels. Change this line to
ConfigType=generic
* line #27:
If the configuration type is set to generic, one has to give the whole address. For instance, this line can be changed to
Target=http://www.yerhotel.com/Marseille/de-Buean
In the above example, you should change the name of the city and the name of the hotel to yours.
* line #57:
Every proxy can be used only once within 6 hours. Therefore to save time the used proxies should be excluded. Change this line to
ExcludeGood=true
(Alas, in version 1.8 this option doesn't work - at least for me. :()
2. LISTS OF PROXIES
This is the most important part. You're lucky, you need only a few visitors every day, even a 15-floors hoel has only 90 rooms. :) MyMiniCity players often get even a thousand clicks using only proxies...
There are many sites which offer proxies, less offer lists of proxies, and just a few offer ready-to-use lists. I suggest to use

Notice there are 31 pages, 36 proxies in each page. (Though some proxies are repeated on several pages.) The older the proxy is, the more probable is that it is outdated. But I sometimes use even proxies from page 15 or so. :)
The table in the above page contains too much information. (Though it can be useful, if you want to have a visitor from a particular country; e.g., Guatemala, Iran, Colombia, Palestinian Territory, etc.) For our purposes, we need to separate the first column only. For this, it's simplest to use a spreadsheet: copy the whole table from one page, paste it into a spreadsheet (e.g., MicroSoft Excel or OpenOffice scalc), and the table should spread into columns. Copy the first column and paste in into the file proxies.txt (using again a notepad).
3. RUNNING THE PROGRAM
a) The first run
Start CMCCityBooster.cmd (double-click its icon). A new window opens, the rest is automated.
CAUTION: If you have a firewall installed, let the booster get through it!
Next open your hotel in a browser. If not all rooms have been filled, you should take another page from
http://www.samair.ru/proxy/
Copy the first column of a table into proxies.txt, and run CMCCityBooster.cmd once more.
b) Next runs
You can reuse proxies every 6 hours. Observe the new file called, e.g.,
good.20090129.txt
It contains good (but used) proxies. After 6 hours, you can rename this file to, e.g., good.20090129a.txt, and copy its contents to proxies.txt. (The latter makes sense only if one page of proxies was not enough.) Then you can run CMCCityBooster.cmd again.
If you plan to use CMCCityBooster.cmd only once a day, you needn't rename the file good.20090129.txt mentioned above.
4. TIPS
* If you want to feed several hotels, you have to change the configuration file before each run. However, you needn't delete the old link! Instead, change the line
Target=http://www.yerhotel.com/Marseille/de-Buean
to
#Target=http://www.yerhotel.com/Marseille/de-Buean
(notice the hash sign in the front of the line), and write in the next line, e.g.,
Target=http://www.yerhotel.com/Milano/Swim-Freaks
In this way if you want to turn back to de Buan hotel, it suffices to delete the hash sign from the first line, and insert the hash sign in the front of the second line! Of course, you can have many more links.
* If you feed several hotels, use only a few proxies in proxies.txt. Otherwise the program will mark all the proxies as used, though many of them have been used to obtain information `No free room at this moment'.
* Don't delete old good.*.txt files - they contains good proxies. You can reuse those proxies already after 6 hours. :)
* Sometimes it is good to rerun CMCCityBooster.cmd without adding new proxies to proxies.txt. It happens that during the next run some proxies `awake' and let you hit your hotel. :)
5. BONUS FOR THE LAZY ONES
You can download two files from my page:

Now I don't look for new proxies anymore. I use only a single list of proxies (the one published in my page) in about 12-15 hotels here (100-120 rooms in total), and it is OK. I've measured - I needed 69 seconds to fill 42 rooms in a single hotel. Quite little, don't you think so? :) But you can change IP, if it's easier to you, it's up to you. :)

And now, i don't change my IP :P Before i was using my 2 IP. Cause, i had no soft before. Now i have one - since today morning. So, now i don't need to change ma IP :P
Oh, And i had have a look on your list. Sometimes, they wont work and not all of thm are good.

Hmm... To make another visit using the same computer, one can either
* change IP,
* use proxy,
* cheat google analysis.
You claim you don't change your IP. I don't believe you can cheat google analysis, it's neither easy nor worth it. So, you use proxies. And maybe you even don't know this, cause the software does it for you...
PS. I've written before proxies are alive only for a short time. I know some of them become dead from time to time - but there are 200 proxies in my list, and I need about 100. :) The most important is that I needn't care about it, I just run a command, switch to my work, and after 2 minutes the rooms have been filled.
Yea i have 2 IP. But, now - i don't use another one. Now, i am using my main IP. Which one i use for all over the world.

Anyway, i know, Proxy and Socks never born to being alive forever. After use sometimes, they become death Proxy/Socks. But, yea - there are 3 ways to let them alive, and it is hard process, also i must pa for it.

FALSE: There is no way to revive a proxy if the admin doesn't permit it. :(
I don't understand why you pay for proxies - there are so many freely available proxies than can be easily found in the internet. But it is your choice.
The proxies from my private list have been designed to be available for only a limited number of requires daily, and only a limited group of persons uses them. Therefore the admins have no need to block the access to them. Of course, sometimes they are unavailable due to, e.g., maintenance.

You can always find fresh proxies in the internet. The page I've mentioned above is sufficient for yer. I cannot share proxies from my private list - I've got it from a friend of mine, it's his property, and I can use it only for my own links.

It is hard to say. :( At the very first glance it seems that you don't have Java installed. Try the following:
Edit the file CMCCityBooster.cmd with a text editor. Append `pause' in the second line. This way the program will stop after executing `java -jar ...' and we will know what is wrong.
epic - replying to your question "i tried to copy the box but then it put all the text into one small box,(microsoft exel)" - in Excel, go into Edit -> Paste Special... and use option to paste as plain "Text" or "Unicode Text", just not "HTML", which is the default.
Yes. But be aware that not every proxy is alive, noy every proxy responds quickly enough, some proxies could be used earlier by other people, etc. I think you can fill about 150 rooms every 6 hours using this list. :)
