The number of hotels depends on the amount of time you can spend on the game, it is about half an hour daily for a single hotel in the later state of the game. For sake of this tutorial, let's say you create three hotels with AFAIR 15 rooms.
Step 2.
Every day fill all the rooms in all your hotels using proxies. I suggest using CMC City Booster (free Java tool, google for it). Proxies good enough for yer hotels can be googled. The first and very good result is

Use subsequent pages, too - not every proxy works fine, some will be used by other players... Remember to change the INI file for each your hotel, you have also to paste the new proxies into a proper file.
Step 3.
Every day's income spend _only_ on next floors and new rooms in all your hotels - except the first one. (The first hotel is planned to contain only royal suites.) Buy _only_ economic rooms, they give the best interest (31,25% daily). You can buy:
5 rooms on the second day,
17 rooms on the third day,
...
43 rooms on the tenth day.
After 10 days you have one 2-floor hotel and two 15-floors hotels, totalling in 182 rooms.
Step 4.
Your income is over 7200€ daily now. So, you can:
* upgrade your main hotel to five stars - day 10; be aware - the standard upkeep will be over 2000€ every day, so remember to fill all your cheap rooms with guests!
* buy a new floor and two royal suites every two days - days 11 to 40.
Remember to sell your low-standard rooms, but not before you buy your first royal suite, or else you'll get stuck with an empty hotel!
If nobody rents your suites, this step takes a month. :( However, if you can fill all your suites, this step takes only two weeks. :)
Step 5.
Once you complete the construction of your beautiful hotel, you can either
* destroy the other hotels; i.e., sell nearly all rooms and demolish nearly all floors,
or
* upgrade the other hotels to 5 stars, too; it's very easy if your main hotel has many guests - your daily income will be greater than 27000€, and you can buy even 4 royal suites every day; in just next ten days you can buy next 60 royal suites in your other two hotels. :)

Well, and its a great tutorial - But, if you don't mind, i wanna say something please. Something you said here, and they are so hard to understand to some new people, who don't even know about these all, and who don't know - what is proxy/socks/green socks and whatever.
I have a proxy software. I can change my IP for thousand times or million times lol - but i have my real IP / International IP. So, its easy to me, but, not all people/friends are like me or you :) So, if you don't mind - please explain to them easyly - and tell them (shortly) how to and what to do :)

No you can't. If you could get a new IP every 30 seconds (like I can), then one million of changes takes nearly a year! Moreover, not every time you change your IP you get an IP distinct from all the previous ones, it starts to repeat very soon. And, please, distinguish `changing IP' from `using proxies'.

I think, you don't know about some bad program to crash a PC. Some people do this. And i knew about this from Yahoo messanger. Some people are able to crash your pc, if they having green socks. Bad people, like hacker - they needs this green socks.

And with this software - you can get unlimited IPs. ( Its more hard to explain to you about this all - and this is a local forum. )
There are a bad software to get some socks from net. It will give you some socks like, Socks 4, Socks 5. Socks 5 are powerfull enough like dinamyte. And socks 4 are dead socks.
For boot others PC, Discunnect you from net, Crash your hard drive/mother board/prossessor - they needs this Socks 5. And it is green socks.
Anyway - this is local forum. Some different people from different country. They will get us wrong to read this post. So - its better to stop talking about this :P
Ok i wont talk about any other things, but i want to ask you one thing please. How much visit i wil get by use proxy ? And if i know some link exchange site, then i think, its better to use them. Cause, this proxy funsion are so annoying work ( for me hehe)

In short - that page is a forum, one of many in the net, I know several more advanced forums. And what - you've heard they have a software so powerful that can get unlimited IPs. Ha, ha, ha. :) I tell you, noone has unlimited IPs. My pool of IPs is about 2500. A million IPs needs 5 digits of eight in the IP address - many countries don't have so many addresses. And I repeat: don't mix changing of IP with proxies.

SOCKS 4 and SOCKS 5 are protocols. So, your second sentence is nonsense.

Using proxy you can send your request from a distinc computer. I can fill a hotel with 90 rooms in about 20-30 minutes, unattended. It's OK for me.

Most people get _no_ visits from an exchange site. :( But it can be OK for you, it's your choice.

Good proxies are much better than changing IP for filling lower standard rooms. First, changing IP by resetting the modem takes from about 20 seconds (it is for me) up to even 2 minutes, and sometimes you get the same IP as before. :( Meanwhile using a list with 200 proxies, you can fill whole 90-rooms hotel with visitors in about 20-25 minutes (instead of about an hour). Moreover when you use proxies, it happens that several visitors share the same rooms - I used to get 104-106 visitors in my 90-rooms hotel in Granada. :)
On the other hand, dynamic IP is best when filling suites. But everyone who has dynamic IP probably knows how to get new IP, therefore I've described only how to create and post a proper link.
@PreciousHeart: No, a visitor who wants to get a higher standard hotel must either log in or use the proper link with a proper referral, and the latter is easiest to do by clicking a link on an internet page. (It can be done also in different way, but it cannot be so easily automated.)
@Symphony: ipconfig (or similar in other SOs) ca be used to release your IP address and to get a new one in your _local_ network. I've got a wifi router (three PC in LAN), and I have to reset the _modem_ to get a new IP. (Once modem is reset, it negotiates a new IP with the provider's server.) If I use ipconfig, I get a new _local_ IP, the _outer_ IP (the one visible by yer) remains the same. And if I omit the router, connecting my PC directly to the modem, and use ipconfig then, I usually get the same IP address after releasing. :( But it can work for des, it depends on ISP.
Anyway it still needs several seconds to get a new IP, and you can send several proxy requests in that time. :)
On the other hand, if you have new IP, you can automatically fill suites, which is impossible (OK, not so easy and so quick) for proxies. :(
