Guys I hope to retire from the yerhotel bussiness in 1 year, maybe 2 years tops and by then I hope to have 2 or 3 hotels and to retire from yerhotel in leisure and happiness so if I ever become inactive for a long time in 1 or 2 years it because I have sadly quit for good but for now im active and checking yerhotel about once per week.

Sadly ... a casual "once a week" check on your hotel(s) is not enough to maintain proper upkeep and on-going business.

Fact.

Missing even one day can ruin it - unless you have a hotel that only has a bunch of 3* rooms and a load spent on marketing.
