you have to take risks
get your 3* rooms for dry visitors, anon visits from web sites/click exchange/hydra etc
and then for the registered members you need to try and get at least to start with a 4* room per day, or a 5* room every 3 days

work out with your budget what you are making each and assign that money to upgrading

you cannot get ahead with 1-2* rooms

i dont havwe any 1 or 2 star rooms. should i have 3* rooms??

like, i dont get it.

Don't just barge forward with 5*.

Leave some 3* for dry guests.

And, use up all the floors and room.
