Under "my account" go under avatar and click on the link to gravatar. You have to create an account there and then you can upload pictures to your account and they will be used on this website...but sometimes the new pic doesn't show up for you, but it does for other people; it can also take a few days to change. and its really simple, if you need to be talked through then i can help, i can make the account also, i would just need your email, if its not too private, you need to use the same one you registered here though, then clear your cache once done and it will show up, use any pic, its resizes, which you get to do as well
