I only have 4 stars right now but right now my price for 5 stars is only 2,208. So I might be getting a 5 star sometime soon

Oh yes, I think the price is affected by the number and price of already existing rooms.

the thing you learn and that i hope you will do in your 2nd hotel, is to upgrade to 5* as early as you can, saving money along the way, and to add floors, and never, ever delete a floor,

its great though that you are slowly moving up in hotel * status and that you havent given up on what it becoming a pretty good game.
