I'd help but i'm not sure exactly what you mean? Are you asking how you get different country flags (the ones that show which nationalities have visited you)?
If that is what you mean...then you get different flags depending on the IP address of the person visiting you. So if someone from say...Spain...visits your hotel you will then get a Spanish flag.

Ahh I see - yeah you have that thing where the flag shows up as a question mark. To be honest im not exactly sure why it does that for some people, but I remember seeing a post in this section somewhere with someone saying why that happens. You might have to search back a few pages to find it.

The country is detected based on your IP (search wikipedia for more info). It's not 100% accurate and some people appear to be from a different (wrong) country, while others aren't detected at all.
