What about these features? Don't know what are they for. Pls give some explanation in the manual.

Not a bug, but i felt this forum is the most suitable.

There are help messages when you click on these buttons.

You sell a room when you don't want it anymore... for example you're upgrading your hotel to a higher standard and want to substitute all your rooms for bigger ones.

You deactivate a room on those rare ocasions when you'd like to sell it, but there's a visitor inside... you can't sell it, but if you deactivate it, it will not be occupied again (and you can be sure you will be able to sell it next time you come around).

Having said that, it's a good idea to put it in the manual, indeed :)

YOU DONT GET MONEY BACK THOUGH when u sell it

you do, just not as much

if you make a room and sell it you dont get all your money back only some

It gives back about 1/2 (50%) of it's original cost when demolishing/selling a room.
