I'm trying to deactivate the class 1 rooms I have at my hotel. Problem is, whenever I try to click it, the hotel goes grey, and they I can't click anywhere on it. Help?

Try scrolling up or down - when the hotel goes grey, in the middle of the hotel appears a tab which asks you if you really want to deactivate the room.
And you have to click it in order to deactivate the room...

Well, having 15 floors doesn't make it easy to notice that xD
