I've managed to, due to vicious mismanagement & bad business decision making, get my hotel to a point where even if I sold every single room I'd not break even. I'm not bitter about this in any way, as I've been very inattentive around here lately due to other projects occupying my time.

I read on here that there was a reset/bankruptcy option on the account page but I can't seem able to locate it, I'd like to try this again without raising my standard higher than I can afford to keep it and such if its possible. Thanks.

I was away for a while and when I came back one of my hotels no longer works.
It constantly says it is full (although no one can visit) and I can't even delete it.

Can this please be fixed or the hotel deleted for me?

I don't really know what's going on, but I have two people visiting the same room atm in my hotel Bluecherry in Oslo.

I'm guessing it's a bug so. Maybe because they both visited at the exact time? Just a guess. :P

I try to visit people, but it says I visited, and I hafta wait 23 hrs and 22 minutes until my next stop there. WTF! I haven't been able to visit for four days now!!!

Removing floors = no extra money!

I paid to add a floor then upgraded my hotel so decided to improve my rooms I already have. I then decided to delete the extra floor so I could get some extra money for my more expensive rooms, except when I deleted it I didnt get any more money!!! Why is this??? :-(

marketing bug?

I been keeping an eye on the marketing since I was able to do anything with it a couple days ago. I had increased the general marketing by one and had gotten lvl 1 on the flag one and lvl 2 on visiting others hotels before this server day. but when I go to look at current marketing lvls it is showing no increase in the general and saying I had no achievements from yesterday. so I am wondering if I didn't get credit for the changes and if I still paid the marketing charges but did not get any benefit from it? I will keep an eye on it again and see what it does tomorrow.
