When I visit hotels, my flag never appears. It's true that I've never been asked what country I'm from and I can't find any form to fill in.

So how can I get my flag?

It has been few months and i am back now.. but i can neither make any visits and weird bugs are showing up when i go to set dry guest visits.

Yes, there is a button.
Go to your my account page and down at the bottom there is button where you type your password in and click the button.

I've managed to, due to vicious mismanagement & bad business decision making, get my hotel to a point where even if I sold every single room I'd not break even. I'm not bitter about this in any way, as I've been very inattentive around here lately due to other projects occupying my time.

I read on here that there was a reset/bankruptcy option on the account page but I can't seem able to locate it, I'd like to try this again without raising my standard higher than I can afford to keep it and such if its possible. Thanks.

I seriously need some help with this.
Every day I am losing serious money from the hotel which I can't access.

Can I please have Hotel Belldonia deleted and the money returned to me

I was away for a while and when I came back one of my hotels no longer works.
It constantly says it is full (although no one can visit) and I can't even delete it.

Can this please be fixed or the hotel deleted for me?

i know that is like messed up. i did the same thing and i ended up with no extra money. then i ended up buying an extra floor after deleting it

I don't really know what's going on, but I have two people visiting the same room atm in my hotel Bluecherry in Oslo.

I'm guessing it's a bug so. Maybe because they both visited at the exact time? Just a guess. :P
